University of Southern California, Civic Engagement
The Civic Engagement initiative seeks to offer new ways of thinking about participatory democracy and governance, and to partner with civic leaders to create exemplars of how this works in neighborhoods and public institutions. They host our annual foster youth event, LA Intro to Robo STEAM.


University of Southern California, Good Neighbor Program
The USC Good Neighbors Grant Program awards one-year grants to programs that focus their efforts on USC’s university-community initiatives in education, health, public safety, and economic development. Since 1995, 689 USC Good Neighbors grants totaling $18.4 million have been awarded to university-community partnerships that have a visible, positive impact on the neighborhoods surrounding USC’s University Park and Health Sciences campuses.
Los Angeles Unified School District, Board of Education
Aims to achieve an upward trend in the graduation rate, progress in the pass rate on the California High School Exit Exam (CAHSEE) and other academic indicators. Founded in 1853, the District today, counts more than 115 new schools and campuses that are funded by bond measures.


County of Los Angeles California
Los Angeles County was established on February 18, 1850. As a subdivision of the state, the County is charged with providing numerous services that affect the lives of all residents, including law enforcement, tax collection, public health protection, public social services, elections, and flood control.

The Los Angeles Department of Water & Power is in charge of providing clean, reliable water and power and excellent customer service in a safe, environmentally responsible and cost-effective manner.
